Frankly, I think people should just go ahead and do what they want. If the “protesters” could romp around the streets with impunity, then a business should be able to open its doors (and without masks or limitations on occupancy).
What are they going to do if all the businesses just open? Of course, in that case they might actually call out the National Guard, but I don’t think you’d get a one who would shoot.
