A man drove into a Seattle crowd protesting the death in police custody of George Floyd before shooting one of the demonstrators on Sunday, police said.
The suspect was detained and the 27-year-old man who was shot in the arm was taken to hospital by firefighters, police said in a tweet. Officials did not name the shooter or the victim.
Police confirmed a gun was recovered and no other people were injured.

I watched this on a live stream - black dude jumped to the drivers door and started beating on him. He shot black dude in the upper shoulder. After a few sec, exited car, walked thru the crowd to police line.
Can’t find it right now, but a pix was put up on twitter of him having an extended clip blue-taped to his arm, but I didn’t notice it but didn’t look either
he had an ironworker windbreaker on. On twitter they allegedly id’d him - allegedly a 27yo local

What exactly did he expect trying to reach into someones car? “Peaceful protests” don’t involve blocking traffic and trying to reach into peoples cars to do God knows what.
I guaran-dam-tee you if my child’s life were on the line it would be pedal to the metal!
