Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on Saturday renewed his vow to help flip Texas as the state gets increased attention heading into November.
“Texas is an important battleground state for our campaign in 2020,” he said on Facebook Live addressing the state Democratic Party's convention, which went online-only this year because of the coronavirus pandemic. “I think we have a real chance to turn the state blue because of the work all of you have done.
“We have to keep the House of Representatives. We have to win over the United States Senate. We have to flip the Texas House. We have to leave and deliver meaningful change for people who are hurting all across this nation.”

I hope you are right. How about the increasing number of Hispanics? People claim they can be persuaded to vote Republican, but I have my doubts, especially about the recent arrivals who are generally poor and ignorant. I remember before the 2016 election, pollsters and pundits declared Texas would turn blue and Beto was guaranteed to win over Cruz. On election night, TX came in red quite early and now who’s Beto?
I haven’t seen too many latinos participating in the riots. It’s mostly BLM and Antifa. I think the latino vote is quietly tending towards Trump. Nobody’s really talking about it either.
Trump won Texas in 2016 by about 800,000 votes. That’s well within the margin of Democrat fraud.

Go to Waco, go to Lubbock, go to Amarillo, go to Midland, go to Lufkin, go to Dumas, and you will find 80% of the people voting Trump.
What was the percentage of the Hispanic vote that went for Trump last time? I know it was higher than the black vote, but we need a majority of these voters. The ones coming in from dirt bag countries are poor and ignorant, which is a prime Democrat demographic. I sincerely hope you are right, and that the economic progress and increasing job opportunities are enough to wake minorities up to what really helps their communities.

The key in America right now is educating the young Hispanic’s growing up which are quickly becoming majority populations in both California and Texas

The vast majority of Blacks and Hispanics that I know and deal with on a very regular basis don’t have any use for Liberals/democRATs/Commies.
