If this happened — Trump made the call and probably did it because it is no longer needed. Trump said his preference was to let the states handle these riots. DC may not be a state but it is probably already sufficiently protected.

OK, I hope so. I was thinking that one of the reasons that Trump has been hesitant to take certain steps was because there was a lot of treachery within the higher levels of the military. Two of these people are no longer even in command, but having the chairman of the Joint Chiefs come out and oppose Trump is certainly not good. At any rate, it certainly doesn’t give me a feeling of confidence.
Why did linda cancelled the vote today? Wasn’t there going to be a vote taken today after yesterday’s hearing? Hmmmm what is happening?
