I would think so. My grandfather and uncle farmed not far out of town. There is a lot of acreage in corn and soy beans, but farmers also usually raise cattle and pigs. And they hunt. Thanksgiving gatherings always include much discussion about deer hunting.

I hope beyond hope that this doesn’t happen. But if it does, I hope none of the Antifa sonsofbitches come out alive. Not one.

BTW, we’ve started seeing some suspicious activity here in Dupage County the last few days. When I was doing yard work late this afternoon a group of “yutes” who definitely do not live in my neighborhood were strolling down the middle of he street “sightseeing.” Some of my neighbors came out to see where they were headed, etc.

I think the dirty secret is outside of a handful of major urban areas the protests have been a flop. There was suppose to large protest in my mid sized town, it had be hyped for days in the news and social media. I work across the street from where it was to occur so I watched out the window. I counted 15 “protestors” and half of them looked like high school kids who just came to see if anything would happen. Cops outnumbered them about 3/1, they chanted their “Black Lives Matter” “No Justice No Peace” “I can't breath” crap for about 15 minutes then just dispersed and wandered off.

There's the Requa-Billinghurst Battery Gun that was used for a while during the Civil War. I don't think it's belt-fed though. It was the precursor of the machine gun. They used to have one at the Smithsonian on display. Maybe President Trump will let these folks borrow it. If memory serves me two guys from Rochester, New York, one who was a dentist I think designed, and built it. Never heard of it until I ran across it during my Civil War research days.
