In an unprecedented blue-on-blue round of finger-pointing, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, has blasted NY City's mayor, Bill de Blasio for allowing criminals under the guise of 'protest' to take over New York City and smash, burn, and loot the place into rubble.
According to Breitbart:
Cuomo issued stinging criticism of De Blasio and the NY Police Department, saying Monday evening’s failed attempt to quell violence was “inexcusable.”
The governor explained that he offered help from the National Guard, but De Blasio rejected the offer.
“My option is to displace the mayor of New York City and bring in the National Guard as the governor in an emergency and basically you would have to take over the mayor’s job,” Cuomo then explained. “I don’t think we’re at the point,” he said.
Looters damaged the flagship Macy’s department store in midtown Manhattan, emptied a Nike store and broke storefront windows near Rockefeller Center.
According to Fox News:
Mayor Bill de Blasio called on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to apologize to the NYPD, as the feud between the two Democrat politicians showed no sign of abating despite New York City being ripped apart by rioting.
Now bona fide gangs have taken over in the power void, literally shooting each other over looting privileges in Soho, and probably well beyond.
De Blasio has literally lost control, and clearly has no idea what he is doing. Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani has pointed out that he's "interfering" in the force of law rather than just standing by and pretending nothing is happening. He was last seen praising his bizarre-looking daughter for getting arrested with a group of people who were throwing projectiles at the police.His heart is with the criminals.

His idiocy in not clamping down on violence by the George Floyd protesters was gross incompetence. No New Yorker did anything to George Floyd. DiBlasio should have encouraged New Yorkers to stay home, avoid violence, and pray for his family. As the protesters from my youth would chant: "Hi Ho! Hi Ho! DiBlasio has got to go!"
DiBlasio is safe. If Cuomo fires him, Cuomo is responsible for what comes next. Either DiBlasio blunders through it, or Trump gets fed up and invokes the Insurrection Act. Either way, Cuomo will be up in Albany, loudly complaining that the job is not being done right.
Both these slobs need to go.

Well I agree but since the good citizens of NY elected them not once, but several times, I say let them stay in office and give the good citizens of NY what they deserve!
