If Biden were in charge right now, he’d push an executive order with OSHA called the “Non-Violent Protester Health and Safety Act” which would be to protect “protesters” from evil, gun-wielding store and home owners. It would mandate the use of masks for Covid-19 protection, and ban the legal sale of guns and ammunition. The only shooting allowed would be the protesters shooting of police officers. Business and home owners would be allowed to shoot, but only from a double-barrelled shotgun, and only in the air.

State of Florida statutes Title XLVI, Chapter 790, 790.33, preempts Mayor Idiot from doing this and makes him personally liable for a $5000 fine for EACH individual for whom he denies, the purchase of a weapon or ammunition.
