Oh ok thanks for clearing that up.
You are probably right, but isn’t it possible that they knew each other, even if only slightly at shift changes?
You literally have no idea what the legal standard of Depraved means in MN, or Sudden Heat in IN, or frankly anything else anywhere. People like you who insist on ruding these threads with your legal ignorance make me laugh. Go grit your teeth in your oatmeal, grandpa. Maybe if you had studied a little harder you might actually be a lawyer.
The curfew in DC yesterday was 7 pm, the 11pm one was in NY, but is changed to 8pm tonight.
IMO Cuomo new that the beginning of looting and violence starts around sundown, and he was still in the mode of letting all the rioters/antifa types do more damage.
For some reason, dems think that destroying the country is politically advantageous for them, doesn’t make sense imo.
It seems they think it will either help get dems elected or put all the blame on Trump so they can throw him out of office or beat him Nov 3
.
And a better more popular description of these thieves who want free stuff are called gimmiedats, means the same as GimmeStuffs.
Thanks for your post, very informative.
Which is why the state of Minnesota decided on murder 3 instead of 1 or 2, in only 3 or 4 days, instead of the 8 or 9 months it took even to arrest Mohammed Noor for shooting (from inside his own cop car, past his partner in the other seat), in her pajamas, the very woman who had called 911 for help.
Incidentally, you might note that even a former prosecuting US attorney agrees that this is the correct charge:
Andrew McCarthy at National Review.
He's busy complaining they took too LONG to arrest.
In the meantime, Rudy Guiliani (who took out the Mob in New York) argued on TV for Murder one.
Here's the MN statute verbatim:
(a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.
Putting your knee on the neck of a man in chains and under restraint, when he complains, he can't breathe, keeping your knee there when he passes out, keeping your knee there when you are informed by a competent law enforcement official that the person has no pulse, and keeping it there when you yourself are a trained first responder, and neither performing CPR nor even attempting to...
Policemen know that 4 minutes without oxygen is brain death. This policeman not only didn't do CPR, but kept his knee on the guy's neck for TWO. On video.
Nice try, troll-boi.
Nobody likes a dirty cop.
Except a dirty cop.
And the policeman's union.
And dirty lawyers.
Apparently one of the officers at his back said they should do something for him, and then that his pulse had stopped, but the guy on his neck continued there for over 2 minutes more.
I found this Malcolm X speech most interesting. He was murdered 2 days later.

It is possible, yes. I’m just passing on what I heard on an earlier thread that the owner of the nightclub stated.
Thanks
Word of mouth is good.
If you do Murder One it can probably be pled down to murder 2 without going to court then you’ll get a charge confessed to thats worse than manslaughter
Just imo
Your welcome. It’s hard to know what the truth is right now. Hopefully, the trial will give us more information.
OSHA is the law
bkmk
The victim had a truckload of narcotics in his system.
Looks like he had 75% blockage of the LAD coronary artery (the "widowmaker") as well as sickle-cell anemia.
Gosh , those both might make him more easily killed by a knee on the neck.
Any MDs around to comment on the rest?
Such as the pharmacokinetics of the narcotics in his system (how large of a dose, how long before death) ?
That being said, another poster gave MN Supreme Court controlling legal authority on "Depraved Intent" in Minnesota.
It's explicitly NOT when directed at an individual; but rather conduct dangerous in general to the public, which happens to kill an individual. Russian Roulette would not qualify. But reckless driving and running into a car head-on, would.
So 3rd degree is not the right charge. I haven't been able to find anything on manslaughter.
And George Sore-Ass beloved state Attorney General is upping the charges to First Degree, and arresting the other 3 policemen for 2nd degree.
Placating the mob? Or setting the police to walk on too-high a charge and REALLY getting the mob worked up?
a strategy for some kind of plea bargain....Ellison today at the press conference warned em..”look..im tellin ya..this isnt gonna be easy”.....never get a conviction...the “aiding and abetting” charges are flat out comical...mob justice in the good ol USA...smh
Maybe they were tired of picking him up every day.... Not saying murder is ever justified. But maybe it was the heat of the moment. I have watched COPS late at night and ppl on some drugs have the strength of 12 men.
Our youngest son, 36 years old, 240 lb solid muscle body builder/weight lifter... lives in Santa Ana. He has gone down and checked on the protests. He said the protesters are SO ANGRY... He went back home. I told him to STAY HOME!
