The curfew in DC yesterday was 7 pm, the 11pm one was in NY, but is changed to 8pm tonight.

Which is why the state of Minnesota decided on murder 3 instead of 1 or 2, in only 3 or 4 days, instead of the 8 or 9 months it took even to arrest Mohammed Noor for shooting (from inside his own cop car, past his partner in the other seat), in her pajamas, the very woman who had called 911 for help.

Policemen know that 4 minutes without oxygen is brain death. This policeman not only didn't do CPR, but kept his knee on the guy's neck for TWO. On video.

The victim had a truckload of narcotics in his system.
Looks like he had 75% blockage of the LAD coronary artery (the "widowmaker") as well as sickle-cell anemia.
Gosh , those both might make him more easily killed by a knee on the neck.

That being said, another poster gave MN Supreme Court controlling legal authority on "Depraved Intent" in Minnesota.
It's explicitly NOT when directed at an individual; but rather conduct dangerous in general to the public, which happens to kill an individual. Russian Roulette would not qualify. But reckless driving and running into a car head-on, would.
So 3rd degree is not the right charge. I haven't been able to find anything on manslaughter.
And George Sore-Ass beloved state Attorney General is upping the charges to First Degree, and arresting the other 3 policemen for 2nd degree.

Maybe they were tired of picking him up every day.... Not saying murder is ever justified. But maybe it was the heat of the moment. I have watched COPS late at night and ppl on some drugs have the strength of 12 men.
Our youngest son, 36 years old, 240 lb solid muscle body builder/weight lifter... lives in Santa Ana. He has gone down and checked on the protests. He said the protesters are SO ANGRY... He went back home. I told him to STAY HOME!
