The hired lawyer for Judge Emmet Sullivan has filed a response to the DC District Court order in the case against Michael Flynn. [pdf available here] The DC district court ordered Sullivan to explain why he would not allow DOJ to drop charges against Flynn; the response by Sullivan’s lawyers says the DOJ position is essentially a moot issue, and Flynn can defend himself against independent accusations by the court.
They know they will lose, they are playing for time, any amount of time they can eke out.

They can and will be held in contempt over not responding to the Writ of Mandamus. Case against Flynn dismissed!

All orchestrated, all of it. All that has happened is orchestrated in pulling out all stops to stop the truth from coming out. Every asset the Deep State has in being put in play for their survival. And it’s not Russia backed, it’s China backed.
Flynn has the goods on the power players. Their network want him dead, not possible. So they need him to remain gagged while they launch other moves.
They will lose but they will try every court trick possible to delay the inevitable.
If there is one positive that might come out of this nonsense it’s that AG Barr may be forced to directly put specific details of corrupt behavior by the Mueller prosecutors in a response. The DOJ has attempted to retreat from the Flynn case without calling out, and directly identifying, corrupt DOJ activity. Perhaps that will change…"
DOJ was invited to provide a brief, not ordered to. The only reason Barr made his minions drop charges was to stop more facts of corruption in his department from coming out. It was just getting to be too much so he said enough, let him walk and let this all go away.
There is no way he now voluntarily discloses any additional acts of corruption from within DOJ or emphasizes the ones we already know. He was trying to bury all that in the first place! He'll just decline to respond or issue a half hearted hand waiving brief and let the judge screw Flynn.
This is my prediction, we'll see soon enough if I'm right.
At this point I’d serve a Notice of Deposition on the judge and a subpoena duces tecum for his corresponcence, email, and phone records - court and personal. Time to up the ante. See how far the federal judiciary is prepared to go to protect a rogue judge.
The Court can’t make any accusations, there is no case!

Order was not to respond to Writ motion. It was to explain actions especially in contrast to Fokker case.
Writ response would have given more days per court rules to respond and response would not be ordered. If a party to a motion does not respond, a court can rule regardless. A response allows a reply. A non-response is akin to a no-contest maneuver.
The ORDER by the appellate panel to respond was a signal to Sullivan to get his g*ddam case dismissed or else. Sullivan got owned by the Cabal and now has lawyers dictating him when to piss and when to sh*t. He’s got a gun to his head.
The only thing the Cabal lawyers got is a possibility to maneuver legally to string this out further but in the end they lose.
What will they do with any delay time that might emerge? I don’t know. For sure they’re planning something.
Pretty sure things will turn to Writ motion. There will be time to respond to Writ motion, then Sydney Powell will reply and then appellate court will rule on Writ motion. Maybe 3 weeks, maybe less. But Cabal will try for more. For example, Cabal may motion to be heard in front of full ‘En Banc’ panel. This tactic could string out another two weeks, etc.

What will the Cabal and China do with delay time? Pandemic II?
That would be a great and appropriate move! It’s a must.
But who would do it? Barr? I think who would do such a maneuver is the fly in the ointment.
If Sullivan were to sentence Flynn to jail time because of his guilty plea, what is to stop him? Of course Flynn could appeal.
