Caller isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer for sure
Imho, the caller sounds either really high or really moronic.
Thats almost Who Shot Boo?material.
Death penalty!
So he wasn’t passing bad checks, he passed a bad bill for cigarettes.
Maybe the bill was bad, maybe not.
All that police power for a drunk guy who maybe passed a bad bill for cigarettes.
“””””Operator: Okay. Is he white, black, Native, Hispanic, Asian?
Caller: Something like that. “””””””
Someone get MENSA on the horn. I just found a candidate.
Looks to me like he was no loss to society, and picked a bad day to encounter a bad cop.
And the city(ies) burn because two bad people encountered each other.
Thanks 0bama
I researched that today Many reports used the word forgery But they also said “fake bill” or Fake 20.
Could this be a swatting type of call for the purpose of getting the man arrested?
Have there been any interviews with the supposed business owner?
[ Caller: Something like that. ]
Ah. O.K.
Drunks and or druggies are easy to handle they always obey commands and never fight with you.
So only one officer is ever needed when dealing with them.
/s/
You caught that,too?
I’ve not followed this story other than seeing all the threadlines about it.
But, having said that and given the history of such ‘events’, one would be wise at this point to give about zero credence to ANY of it.

I'm not sure that's fair. It is abundantly clear that someone in the store was talking to him. The "something like that" comment was almost certainly directed to the other person.
There is security cam video of this time frame. I’ll see if I can find it.
Drunks are handled everyday without getting killed.
Just “reading” it, looks like one of his own did him in.
Posting a reply to OP but anyone feel free to respond. Ive watched this peripherally, been busy at work. I saw video where the suspect was cuffed and was helped (by a cop) to a sitting position against the wall of a building. There was no struggling by the suspect and the cop didnt act aggressively either. The only other video Ive seen is a second cop putting his knee on the suspects neck. So now Im curious to know what happened between those two videos. If the guy was cuffed, how did he end up next to a cop car, on the ground? Did I miss something? Is there body cam footage?
Holder’s people and Obola’s sons.
