I bet it will target twitter... i.e ‘Companies with x thousand employee’s’ that’s how they usually target social media companies because they’re so big and also revenue is another one i.e revenues of x billion.
We’ll see. I think it will take legislation & that might be difficult to pass & make stick.

Remove the FCC Fair Harbor Provisions. They are not common carriers if they police content judged to be legal speech
Facebook will be banned from any banning attempts.
And if such an Executive Order is issued both will ignore it. And win in court.

So what that means is the taxpayers will have to buy Twitter, Facebook and YouTube (at least).
Imposing those restrictions would clearly be a taking by government because it would destroy their businesses.
Then we'll have federal government owned sites where each post and comment will be spammed with keto diet tips, Pepe memes, Dr. Zev's hydroxy cure and all manner of trolling - and the government won't be able to do a thing about it because of the first amendment.

Also, he can utterly delegitimize them by forbidding any executive branch office to have a FB or Twitter account, or from accessing those sites on government computers or phones. No NASA facebook, no CIA twitter, no US Navy, DOD, HHS, SEC, FCC, no USDA, no USFS, no BLM, etc etc. He can forbid the executive branch from any expenditures with companies that censor based on politics. So no Google and Facebook information services... etc etc.
He has more power than you think.

By all that is true he should do that. There is truth that China is lurking at the back of a lot of this.
