Twitter placed a fact-checking label on claims made by the the commander in chief.
In a first, a "get the facts" alert now appears underneath tweets sent out by President Trump on Tuesday in which he asserted mail-in ballots will lead to voter fraud.
Clicking on the link, which is marked with an exclamation point, leads the user to news articles fact-checking the claim along with Twitter's own summary at the top which states that the president's assertions are "unsubstantiated" according to multiple news outlets.
The tweets in question specifically target mail-in ballots being used in California during the coronavirus pandemic.
"There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent," Trump said in the now-. "Mail boxes will be robbed, ballots will be forged & even illegally printed out & fraudulently signed. The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people, anyone living in the state, no matter who they are or how they got there, will get one. That will be followed up with professionals telling all of these people, many of whom have never even thought of voting before, how, and for whom, to vote. This will be a Rigged Election. No way!"

I don’t think that Twitter has been paying their taxes as required by law.A very,*very* thorough examination of their books should begin...tomorrow.

Strip them of their 'platform' immunities, ASAP.
We have a lot of states that do extensive vote-by-mail including several where it's almost exclusively so.
It should be easy to demonstrate that those states have a much higher voter fraud rate.

Mail in ballots have been used, in states, in the past....but, NEVER for a FEDERAL election.
I doubt POTUS will allow it, this year.
