That's what I do. Often without the gin. Every day. I asked my pharmacist today if I would have any problem with the supplement I was taking because Zinc wasn't the main ingredient. She said I was very wise to be taking it right now. (I believe she's Indian), so if I ever find a doc who will prescribe HCL, I believe my pharmacy won't be a roadblock. I'd be eating a lot of oysters so I could get my Zinc that way if I could find some fresh ones...all the smoked ones seem to be from CHINA these days.
