You are so correct. But do not hold your breath that it will ever happen. When people have a bad case of Trump Derangement Syndrome the only thing the think about is how can I make President Trump look bad.

That was the initial intent for the COMFORT. A week or so after the COMFORT’S arrival Trump made it a covid ship.
Meanwhile, Cuomo in an effort to divert attention from his nursing home ‘Killing Fields’ is taking charge and issuing this nationwide warning——

I do not believe it was mismanagement at all. It was purposefully done. Everyone in the world know by then that those in care homes were most at risk to catch, and then to die, from covid. He signed a directive forcing the nursing homes to take those patients.
And then there is this in todays local paper (not allowed to link here) snip: “Cuomo has organized seven Northeastern states on a regional reopening plan, but the states all have their own schedules.
New York’s governor said he’s in regular communication with the neighboring states, particularly New Jersey and Connecticut, and said he’s comfortable with their plans.”
Get that - Cuomo heads this up. It’s starting to be moved out into the sunlight - to normalize it. There are three different groups of states forming compacts- West Coast, Mid-western, and the Northeastern group.
Not even an apology for being six weeks too late.
