Here is a lot of information about Tedros who is a PhD with microbiology and malaria specialties. In Ethiopia, his country he was successful with immunization strategies and work to prevent AIDs. He should certainly have been aware of Hyydroxychloroquine (HCQ) given his malaria work and with his AIDs work should be aware of Kaletra, although possibly not the Korean use of it with HCQ. Dr, Zelenko carefully explains that the HCQ opens up cells to receive the ZINC which stops the virus from reproducing. The Azithromycin antibiotic is given to prevent a bacterial lung infection on top of Covid.
So why is our President or Fauci only talking about HCQ and occasionally Azithromycin, but NOT about the critical ZINC which kills Covid once HCQ allows it to get into the infected cells? Did Trump actually read the letter or was he told about it INCOMPLETELY. Tuesday I hope someone asks Fauci whether he saw that letter, and whether he is aware that the Covid treatment is two part—HCQ to open up cells, and ZINC to actually stop the virus. If anyone HERE at FR knows a SENATOR, or a SENATE EMPLOYEE please contact ASAP (hopefully before the Tuesday hearing begins) and ask them to try to find out what Fauci knew, and when. Next let us consider the apparent success of the South Korean Covid fight. First of all, they were more careful about social distance and testing, but then they were very strong on contact tracing. Second, they experimented with a number of anti-virals. One successful effort used an HIV anti-viral call Kaletra and HCQ. This drug did the same thing as Zinc, it stopped Covid virus from reproducing, once the HCQ had made cell walls permeable. For the first time, today, I heard a public health official use the name Kaletra. Are some going to push that one because zinc tablets (220 mg.) are available for less than 25 cents each whereas Kaletra costs $4.50 a pill? Yesterday I spoke to a CVS pharmacist in a gay neighborhood and he said people had been asking about HCQ and Kaletra. He was also completely out of zinc.
It appears to me that a rather consistent effort has been and is being made to discourage using old/off-patent medicines and supplements. Let’s make the people wait for some brand new patented drug and vaccines that may be needed every year instead. Now, go call the SENATE first thing Tuesday morning.

But how could it be an accident that they allowed 5 million Wuhan/Hubei residents to fly overseas (Europe, USA, etc...), yet prevented Wuhan residents from traveling WITHIN (inside of) China?

German intelligence officials say they have obtained evidence that the Chinese government asked the World Health Organization to help it cover up the coronavirus outbreak in a finding that is sure to place no small amount of renewed pressure on Beijing.
In fact, Chinese President Xi Jinping personally asked the World Health Organization to delay the release of critical information early in the outbreak, German intelligence officials conclude.
Xi met with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on January 21 to request that he withhold information about human-to-human transition and delay the declaration of a global pandemic, according to German magazine Der Spiegel.
