For some irony, “Rachel” has photos on display in “her” office, showing her when she was still Richard, along with several children “he,” sired when he still had all his tackle. “Her” current bodily “plumbing” arrangement is not widely known. They may very well have fired this person because they were trans, however if the grounds for termination are valid this person can claim discrimination all they want. Just because they are trans doesn’t mean they get a pass on being negligent. I retired recently, 40 years in the workforce, 30 years with the DoD. Over time I saw plenty of people let go for something other than why they really fired.

I live a few miles from Byron. There is much more to this story.
He lost his job for a number of reasons.
He was required in his job description to obtain and maintain a certification as an arson investigator and he failed to do that.
The little princess also failed to attend a majority of fire-training classes the city paid for him to attend, as well as failing to process business licenses quickly enough.

Ironically, regardless that Mosby should be commended for building up the local fire department, as a consequence of evidently never been taught about the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers as the founders had intended for those powers to be understood, misguided Mosby is now trying to unconstitutionally expand the federal government’s powers imo.

More specifically, since the only sex-related protection that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect deals only with voting rights, evidenced by the 19th Amendment, since the discrimination complaint is clearly outside the scope of voting issues, by trying to claim federal protections on this issue, Mosby is cluelessly helping to expand the already unconstitutionally big federal government’s powers imo.

  Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."
