It’s our second US civil war that is being fought in courts that are tainted and ruled by anti American activist judges. The SCOTUS, with John Roberts at the helm and two other illegitimate judges on the bench is no better. The American people have literally lost control of those who are supposed to be serving them but yet we are still paying them to keep stealing our freedom and liberty at the behest of the ruling elites. We’re losing so at what point will the American people have had enough and respond accordingly? There are not enough American patriots inside Government to change the trajectory leading to the demise of our Republic.

The political descendants of the Civil War Southern States are seemingly trying to change the outcome of that war through voting fraud, imo, as per the following explanation.
If law schools were teaching the whole history of the Constitution as they should be doing, regardless that the feds have the power to make election laws (1.4.1), legal “experts” would also be arguing that the federal Motor-Voter law is unconstitutional for the following reason.
The post-Civil War congressional record shows that lawmakers recognized that renegade states that allowed undocumented Democrats (my words) to vote, presumably so that minority voters could swing elections in their favor, would effectively violate the Constitution’s “uniform Rule of Naturalization” law.

Speaking of minority citizens that try to control the federal government by letting aliens vote, consider that Section 2 of the 14th Amendment is a penalty for activist states that try to do so.
”14th Amendment, Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens [emphasis added] twenty-one years of age in such State."
Note that voting rights amendments later effectively changed the voting eligibility criteria of Section 2.

The 14th amendment requires that states prove the citizenship of voters in order to comply with the amendment's protection of voter rights, under penalty of proportionally reduced representation in the House of Representatives.
Kansas has four Congressional districts, one held by a Democrat. The way to address this constitutionally is for a group of Kansas citizens to sue the state demanding that one district be eliminated per Amendment 14 clause 2, in penalty for abridging the voting rights of its citizens by diluting their vote with non-citizen ineligible voters.
Per the 14th amendment, the state has an obligation to verify the citizenship status of its voters or lose House representation. It's time for someone to take the Constitution up on its requirement.

Newt Gingrich, a historian, has several times recommended that Trump do with these rogue judges what POTUS Jefferson did with a rogue court in his day. Jefferson declared that particular court null, void and abandoned, and the judge unemployed. One or two actions like that by Trump would bring some of these cheapshot bahsteds to their senses.
