Trump should say flat out that ANY Bill including this is an automatic VETO.

Progressive groups are coming out of the woodwork .... and from under rocks.
Must all be registered voters, who have proven to be American citizens, at a local government agency, and who all receive photo IDs.
Then, mail-in votes will have to be matched against the registrations on record, which registrations will take many months to accomplish, meaning that, mail-in voting will not be happening for this upcoming election cycle.
