If one accepted the job, could you really trust him?
How much money have we sent to help NYC or NY state since the Covid19 virus per person compared to the rest of the USA? That needs identified and highlighted.
Stupid reporter alert. The floating hospital wasn’t supposed to get ANY Wuhan patients. The city of New York slipped one in, just to be evil, but obviously knew they couldn’t get away with shipping dozens to the Navy.
Its like Coo Coo Cuomo gave them an automatic death sentance.

Why?
$$$$....for multiple scenarios
Absolutely demonic.
People dying is a good thing for a Democrat as it creates a crisis which can be used politically to further the Democrat cause du jour.
Democrats are natural death-mongers - they cause, create and use it.
********
satan is in charge of many politicians’ souls.
Both Amir and the governor are incompetent .... They essentially killed all those people.

Exactly
good post Miss Didi thanks.
Youre welcome! God love the Post!
Prove it
Worse, Mario’s brat sent the dying infected patients back into places never created to care for them or staffed by people trained to prevent contagion.. He should be reminded every day of all the Matildas he will have caused to die.
The Media needs to pay the blood price for this.
Exactly. I was surprised Trump didn’t hammer NY on that instead of covering for their incompetence and coming across as though it was his idea to use the Comfort for COVID patients.
NYC is a cesspool of incompetence and cronyism. In the end they will have received much more per capita than every other city and much of it will have found its way to the coffers of insiders.

New York state faces $6.1 billion budget hole next year: officials
By Bernadette Hogan and Carl Campanile
NY Post | November 22, 2019
Gov. Cuomo faces a growing budget mess as officials projected a shocking $6.1 billion hole in the states finances next year.
The figure was provided by the state Division of Budget in its mid-year budget report, which was released weeks after its legally mandated due date.
That tallies up to roughly 6 percent of the states $102 billion budget for its agencies and operations.
More than half of the gap $4 billion is linked to a dramatic rise in the states Medicaid costs.
In an effort to patch the hole, Cuomo is considering slashing payments to hospitals and nursing homes in the current budget and perhaps next year.

Buy I thought Emperor Cuomo was Americas Emperor as per the MSM????
Of course they did.Sending patients to the Comfort would tend to make the President look good. And we certainly can’t have that!
It is such a vile way for Cuomo to cut his nursing home medicaid budget. He virtually executes residents by importing highly contagious Corona virus patients from hospitals to recover in nursing homes. The residents called them home and Como made them a threat.
Well, more than a few doctors pushed people away too.
A family friend has stage 4 cancer, and they cancelled his chemo because of covid. Now, another doctor took over the treatment, but not everyone could.
A nurse friend is afraid that ultimately more people will die of non covid issues that refused or denied treatment than the disease.
That sucks. Despite the fact that the chemo would lower the immune system, it's not fair that they cancelled his chemo because of the virus. I hope he is able to get the treatments with the new doctor very soon. My youngest son had surgery in March 2019 for cancerous polyps. It was followed by 7 months of chemo treatments. He ended them on November 1st. If it had to happen, I'm grateful that it happened when it did, and not now. As it is, they took out about 78 lymph nodes during the surgery, so his immune system will probably never be normal again. He tried to go back to work in November, but has been out again since then because of severe neuropathy pain in his hands and feet caused by the chemo. It may never go away. And again, in a way, he was fortunate that he wasn't on the job prior to them locking everything down. He lives outside of Indianapolis, and was working for Geico at the time of his surgery.
Why do the states get 35k for someone who dies on a ventilator? That is all wrong! Trump needs to have that cancelled pronto...
