Yes, and our USAF maintenance tech orders defined the differences between seeping, dripping and leaking when it came to fluids. Monitor seepage, tighten fittings for drips, replace seal or hoses for leaks.
We also learned the myth of the self sealing connectors in hydraulic systems. No O ring has ever made that could beat skydraul.
