Sounds like a power-hungry b**ch who shouldn’t be on the bench, or even practicing law.
Bearing false witness to further a grudge is a very bad look for a lawyer.
Suspended for one month?
I’m hard pressed to think of ANY judge who doesn’t richly deserve the same (at a minimum)
She needs to be disbarred. Not fit to be a lawyer.

She didn’t participate because she knows the judge being suspended. She was pretty much required to recuse herself under the State Rules for Judicial Conduct. She made the obvious correct decision.
