Latham Massachusetts has suspended the Good Samaritan Law. They ask that you just ignore crimes and keep moving in order to keep the streets clear.
Just another “fundraising” activity by a flailing city council. Hope the obviously bored-out-of-their-mind cops who engage in this maintain the two-yard mandated distance. Easy enough to do by simply folding the citation into a paper airplane and deliver it that way ... but only if the cop has dipped his hands in phis-o-hex before writing out the ticket. (New Boston city motto: “Zero tolerance for other than zero risk”)

While not a part of the new order, she is also requesting that one-way signs be put up in the house allowing the flow of humans to move in a single direction.”
well, it just so happens that the homeless have special rights - the democrats next large voting bloc. Not only that, they’re a health hazard so much more social distancing is required. They're untouchable

Nice little revenue generator they've set up for themselves there. Well, I guess with commuting to work severely curtailed they're feeling the pinch - not writing enough tickets on the road, so now they'll "control" the sidewalks.
