The way I understood that quaint custom was that they don’t pursue what could be classified as crimes during the previous administration’s term of office — because they wouldn’t want the next guy doing that to them. Most of the crimes against President Trump occurred after he was sworn in — making it a clear case of sedition at best, treason at worst.
And if it isn’t pursued to its end, make no mistake: the legal charges and harassment will never end once he leaves office. They want to make an example of him, so no one dare risk going up against them again.
So what are you gonna do, Bagpipe Man?

With Corona sucking up all the media oxygen the Dems non-stop slander of and demands for Barr to resign have disappeared.

One accomplishment Mr. Barr will be able to talk about in future speeches is how he established two levels of justice in the USA.
This is not fair to Barr....
The DOJ and pretty much every government agency including DOD was very politicized during the Obama years and that carried over into the Trump administration within the bureaucracy that advised AG Sessions to fold like a cheap tent so they could continue to attack the President.
I am as impatient as the next person and my rage meter has been pegged for years, but I will at least give Barr a bit more time to see if anything comes of it all.
If he does nothing and allows all of it to be swept under the rug we can both lend our expletives to future threads, but his language in the interview yesterday was conclusive for the first time. Any one who has watched and listened to Barr knows that what he said yesterday was far stronger than any prior comments he has made on the subject.

You mean, like how Andrew McCabe and James Comey were fired, and then made more money as CNN contributors? Yeah, that is not punishment.

Barr would not be running mouth if there was going to be prosecutions. Mueller and his angry Democrats certainly did not do that.
Barr is tossing out red meat for the Trump voting base. That is all.
Wrong. Barr was appointed a little over a year a go, and Durham was assigned the case 10 months ago. I was hoping it would be over in 6 months but a year is still not unusual given the breadth of this conspiracy.
FBI agent Clinesmith was caught red handed many months ago forging FISA court docs. Normal procedure is to change and roll up the perps. That is not happening here. Where there is a will, there is a way. Obviously, there is no will to prosecute criminal Democrats to the benefit of POTUS.
Absolutely nothing. He makes these statements occasionally to mollify Trump supporters.
It’s infuriating to watch Bagpipe Bill escalate his do-nothing rhetoric after what happened to Stone and Flynn.
But as far as Hillary, Comey, McCabe, etal. being brought to trial, forget about it.
Isn’t it cute how Barr uses the past tense when speaking about the active and ongoing coup against POTUS.
I hear you. It’s frustrating. I’m not cheerleading for Barr. All any of us can do is watch an wait.
