But there is a crowd milling around waiting to be allowed into the store.

That happens when the government extends martial law, even though they ain’t calling it that.

When Fauci and Birx give their dire predictions, and State governments threaten the populace, people panic and stock up.

I stopped at Kroger on the way home from the office, (yes I’m still working even though we’ve been essentially shut down)...and to my disgust most of the bread was sold out including no white bread and only a couple of loaves of wheat bread. So I decided to go to the TP aisle and sure enough all shelves empty.
Not sure why but it really pissed me off. I felt like, ‘cmon people, aren’t we beyond this by now?’. People are STILL hoarding even though distribution chains have clearly been uneffected.
