Putin may be signaling that he wants better relations with the US. There are geopolitical strategists who strongly believe that the US should try to recruit Russia as an ally against China. With Putin aging and trying to push through a new constitution, he may now be looking for an accomodation with the West.
Putin was of great help after 9/11 - he made Russian bases in Krygyzstan and elsewhere available to help the US against Taliban Afghanistan. Russia is not our enemy - they were used by the trash liberals and warmongering armchair warrior neocons to try to destroy the Trump Admin no matter the consequences. Well if you have evidence that a plane from Russia didn't land or it wasn't full of medical supplies or it didn't happen after a Putin/Trump phone call then by all means bring it out.

We should plan on producing more than we’ll use ourselves now. We need it not only for current consumption but also to build back stockpiles for potential future emergencies here, unlike Obama/Biden. And enough more than we’ll need here for all we’ll inevitably give out in foreign aid for their unprepared emergencies.
