They already did this in a town in Italy...
They didn’t have the antibody test, but they tested EVERYONE, and isolated those positive, and let every ones live their lives.... and surprise, surprise that town didn’t get decimated by the virus while it raged in towns and cities around it.
Of course, they had no one coming in and out of the town either during this time.

Well that sort of worked because they found 3% positives which means they had 2% true positives and 1% false positives. Here in rural Virginia the same test would deliver 1% false positives and 0.001% true positives. A lot of people would be isolated for no reason.
