On YouTube ConservaTeen saw a Chinese farmers market and some things they show is not what I’d want to eat... especially when you have animals in cages above fruits and vegetables. No thanks... General Tsao Chicken could be General Tsao Bat...
I’m not qualified to answer some of that, but the other parts
are pretty obvious.
Their food standards seem to lack some fundamental baselines.
They seemingy will eat anything prepared any way. And the
way the animals are kept prior to preparation, leaves a gasp
inducing amount to be desired.
The hygiene issues associated with this stuff is sickening to
me. And evidently the same in reality for 100s of thousands
around the planet.
I agree.
Evidently these animals are not only unclean, but can
eliminate on the ones below.
So this isn’t just an unclear (Biblical) issue.
