How about no statistics kept by race except for medically related purposes? I don’t think that we can move forward toward racial harmony very well as long as stats on everything are kept by race.

We need to eliminate Affirmative Action all together.
The way I read this ruling, affirmative action would be the perfect evidence for a racial discrimination suit.

Really? Must be many cases we never hear about.
Yup. How many cases do you think the Supreme Court handles each year? Ten? Five? Twenty? Maybe three if you go by the news media?
The Court generally gets about 7500 petitions, all of which need to be handled in some way (Clear majority are simply dismissed). Of cases actually granted and arguments made / opinions issued, SCOTUS clears about eighty per year.
