My first and only concern is the US and the fact that the Deep State are using the China Virus as an opportunity to take away our liberty by instituting draconian edicts. For our own good, of course. (Sarcasm)

We have our own problems here. Our economy is going to be devastated if Americans aren’t allowed to return to work soon. People are having trouble finding basic items such as toilet paper. And, during an election year, at that.

A large problem with your theory is you are dismissing the role that the unrelenting democrat “resist” movement played in undermining Trump’s negotiations. What incentive did “rocket man” have in negotiating during constant investigations and impeachment hearings when most of the world counted Trump out. Now we have a national election on the horizon. No negotiator worth his salt would be making a deal now when a real possibility exists that the administration will be replaced. Tokyo is probably a good place for you, hang in there.
I learned about this a few years ago. A large customer of a company I used to work for did this. They acquired a much larger competitor. Weeks later, they declared reorganization. We were told it was all part of the business plan.
Side story: We were part of a sponsor package on a NASCAR team that year. six of the top ten creditors were decals on the car.
They made it good, all debts were eventually paid and the company is a success today. You have all heard of them.
Again... there is no bigger fan of Donald Trump than I. I was a voting delegate at the convention, I went to his inauguration, I have gone to rallies. I LOVE HIM.
The discussion is whether or not everything he touches turns to gold. A lot of people were hurt by his Chapter 11 protections. That’s all I was saying. He is not a God... he is a man and he is the best President we have ever had.
