Not only a history of respiratory problems but recently had cancer GEEZE I guess that tid bit of info was important enough to put in the first paragraph!!!
Did you read the part where he was also diagnosed with leukemia? That makes him at-risk for sure.

Almost everyone could be said to have had an “underlying health condition.” This man had childhood asthma that he outgrew and a type of cancer that’s almost 100% curable. He wasn’t on his deathbed when he caught this virus. In fact, if he was considered an “at-risk” patient, many of us are in real trouble if we get sick with this thing.
Many significant health conditions.
The elderly, and the infirm. He’s an Infirm.
Becoming less youthful looking as we get older is the norm. Some describe it as being physically less attractive.
But that old man is ugly through and through.

I am confused by this statement. Who would claim otherwise, and why?
These stories are aimed at the invincible millenials, it will resonate and get them to take the right steps to keep us safe.
Screw you. My whole family and I have asthma. A little compassion would be nice.

coughing up blood with a high fever SHOULD have had him admitted to the hospital on the spot ...
“sent home with fluids and antibiotics”
in a hospital setting, “fluids” means IV fluids ... i’ve never been sent home with “fluids” of any kind in my life ... what kind of fluids did they send him home with? coca colar? tap water?

Yeah, I saw that and it jumped out at me.
I stopped feeling for him and my heart and mind went to all those folks he selfishly put at risk.
Because this was at a time where EVERYONE with 2 functioning brain cells knows to get to the ER if you’re coughing up blood. What is NOT DONE is flying and putting everyone you come in contact (and those ripple effects!) at risk.
