This is not so much a money problem as a money velocity (flowing) problem.

The aggregate amount of money hasn’t changed that much from where it was a week ago. What has changed is that it has stopped flowing.

It’s like a hydroelectric plant whose reservoir is full but all the penstocks (channels) going to the turbines have been blocked.

They can’t have more than ten prisoners and they’d have to be six feet apart so no biggie.
