King hasn’t been right in the head since his accident—his books have become dull and pedantic. He did some great things once—but that was a decade ago. His tweets are just MSM rehash Anti-Trump diatribes. Sad really.

Despite his accusations were not correct, my question is even if it is the case, then what??
Why cant white male be on the task force?
that said, he had some great early works. The Stand still sticks out even before current events. Some of his short-stories (1408, In the Mist, most of the bachman stories) are still pretty clear to me today.
misery and ‘salem’s lot I could have skipped having read. his straight horror apparently doesn’t work for me.
I tweeted him it’s a great theme for a new horror story - not enough qualified people of color/mixed sexes to make up the “proper diversity” to perform critical services, so the White Guys who can do it aren’t allowed and everyone dies...
Yes, though I took it that the squeezing in of the surgeon general and Carsen, as well as Seema to go along with Birx up there for yesterday’s press conference was to provide the optics to counter the charge. You hadn’t seen Carsen up at the podium, let alone carefully placed right behind Trump, before.
