Really? Ebola is not capable of causing a pandemic, and the outbreak was in Africa, where the current Ebola outbreak is underway, albeit without news coverage.
It took the Obama administration quite some time to respond to the Ebola outbreak; months elapsed before sending medical personnel over to assist. The 2009 H1N1 pandemic happened on Obama's watch. He was also slow to respond on that one.
I don't recall that Biden was actively involved in either one of those situations. As I recall, Obama let the public health agencies and military handle them. As Trump is doing. Trump has taken the additional measures of implementing travel restrictions and quarantines, something that Obama never did to try to contain H1N1.

Why can’t we round up all these journalists (??) and personnel/experts from CNN/MSNBC, put them all in a room and they won’t be released until they come up with the SOLUTION to the problem? They have all the answers so why shouldn’t they be part of the solution?
