1. Endangering the general population and economic health.
2. Strengthening the government’s power by illustrating how some people can’t be trusted to do their civic duty.
These people should have to wear an ankle bracelet or alarm the buzzes if they get within 6 feet of others.
And if that ain't enough, there's data showing our sun is a periodic micro nova star.

This is clearly bad form; but at this point, we don’t know if either the father or the daughter have it, or are carrying it, so this probably will turn out to be nothing.

That’s the whole point of quarantine.
It’ not just for the infected, it’s for those who MAY be infected too.
And the dad should be legally liable for the costs of cleaning the venue and anywhere else he shouldn’t have been.
Also the medical expenses of anyone who may get sick as a result of his behavior.
Local news should go on and talk about how a selfish, self centered man endangered his own daughter, her friends and the entire community because he was unable to exercise enough self control to stay inside for a few days.
