Hmmm, the Marine Corps dates its founding to the establishment of the Colonial Marines in 1775. The modern Corps was reestablished during the The Quasi-War with France in 1798. The Barbary Wars didnt begin until 1801. It did contribute a line of lyrics to the Marines Hymn though.

He's the guy that's been pushing modernization/'moderate' Islam. He's fought corruption, severely curtailed the Virtue/Vice cops, limited clerical power within the kingdom, opened movie theatres, allowed women to drive and attend sport games, and so on. Definitely the guy (out of the option in SA) that we want at the front when his dad dies.

I thought this one was mostly aimed at Russia? And on top of the inability of OPEC to agree to cuts at their last meeting.
