Philadelphia police have released images of the suspect wanted for spray-painting racial slurs on the Cecil B. Moore mural in North Philadelphia. Police say he was also caught spray-painting slurs at Brightside Academy and Habitat for Humanity.
The incidents happened on Feb. 15, between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m.

I thought everyone understood this rule. Only black people are allowed to speak or spray paint the "N word". I think Eminem received a special permit to speak it, but even he is not allowed to use it in graffiti.

Possible. Could also be an out-of-work rocket scientist let go from NASA when they geared up for the muslim outreach.
While that certainly seems to be the result, in the end I suspect many of these false flag hate crimes are done to excuse underperformance on the part of so many blacks - especially as they fall behind non-English speaking foreigners in a modern economy.
