Ugh. Unfortunately, aortic root surgery is damn close to a heart transplant. They have to “unplug” you for 8 hours or so. Takes a long time to recover if you survive the magic 10 day window.
Truly a rotten sob. I worked for both Smith Barney and JPMorgan/Chase. He’s rotten to the core, and so are the companies he leads. Scum.
How so?
I have been taking one “Koncentrated K” per day, plus 10,000 IU’S of D3 daily, for the last ten months now.
I had a physical last week. The PA said my Vitamin D 25-Hydroxy is near the top of the range, at 94.3. :) She wants me to cut back on it.

Both companies run operations to defraud retail customers. Blatant, in your face, theft. In recent years for example, JPM has had virtually every single division of the company sued for all sorts of fraud. Smith Barney was under his leadership during the research scandals. It’s a crime in itself that he’s not been imprisoned. Organized crime.
