President Trump claimed Wednesday that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. was not protected by congressional "immunity" when he made threatening comments toward Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh at a pro-abortion rally outside the court, suggesting that Schumer was in line for some kind of punishment.
In a phone interview on "Hannity", the president compared Schumer's remarks to the "parody" of his July 25 phone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky orated by Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., during a congressional hearing last year.

Congressional Immunity only applies when the member is actually in the House or Senate; once outside, there’s no legal protection
Schumer is another bum who’s never worked a real job in his life. Right from law school went into politics in 1975, never practiced law, and he’s been like a tick on a dog ever since. They should disbar his ass over his threat, not that he would ever care though.

Trump is so right in going after Schumer. If any normal citizen threaten a Supreme Court justice they would be arrested. Trump and Republicans need to be relentless in their attacks on Schumer. However, the messaging needs to slightly change very soon. The point needs to be made, like a hammer coming down, that Schumer made his threats while protesting for the right to murder unborn babies. Schumer is a vile, evil man, as anyone who would go out of their way to kill babies. By changing the messaging it will keep this going in the media, because you know this is going to be ignored by the MSM as soon as they can.
Spewmore needs to be forced into early retirement.

It was ignored by the networks last night, just hours after the threats by Schumer.

There is no Congressional immunity for certain crimes. Treason is one for sure. Once indicted grounds for immediate removal then prosecution.

I don't doubt it. (I won't watch network news.) As I wrote in a post about this last night, Trump and Republicans need to be relentless about this. Anytime the media asks a question, about Schumer or not, the answer has to include Schumer. Even if the question is about something completely unrelated, e.g., the virus, address the main issue, but work Schumer into the answer. The RNC needs to run ads everywhere on this. Pound the issue. They need to start really fighting. Get the Rats on the defensive. And when they come to defend Schumer, call them baby killers. Be relentless.
They need to take his ass out and tie him to a post and shoot him. Enough of this despicable man already . Why must they go on and on? Kim Jong Un may have the right idea: apply anti-aircraft guns to miscreant politicians
