Bernie’s 60m answer is proof he’s a communist: he doesn’t care where the money comes from - it doesn’t matter to a communist, the State will just take whatever they need from whoever has it, and compel whoever can perform a service into performing that service. Communists will admit they want a cashless (i.e.: no money) economy; money simply doesn’t matter to them, so it’s not something they worry about when deciding which fantasies to implement.
It seems like the mainstream media is in an all-out attack mode against Bernie today. His views of never been a secret but they have now pulled out all stops and will publicly attack him for his socialist views. Sounds like Bloomberg’s money is reaching out to the mainstream media Outlets.

Issue though is it really doesn’t matter.
Federal spending is already about 50% over revenue.
We’re already spending at an untenable pace, and whatever Progressives want to spend in addition is even more ... and a communist like Bernie just doesn’t care what spending is, they’re just going to plow ahead toward Utopia until the system crashes & burns. Bernie gave an answer because he was goaded into one; his follow-up amounted to “I really don’t care how much anything costs.”

This answer from Sanders would only hurt his chances with thinking people who won’t vote for him anyway. It won’t hurt him one bit with the non-thinking demographic that he wins hands-down.
