We have an Oracle property in my town, and Larry has a ranch in the area.
The Oracle subsidiary was called RightNow Technologies (now Oracle) and I worked there for a time.
My VP was Steve Daines, now one of our two Senators, and the owner of the company was Greg Gianforte, our one Congressman (alas he’s leaving and running for Governor).
These little twinkies would not have received any traction here.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did not have a bank account. He probably has his people pay his bills via an investment account.
Thankfully because of people like these there are procedures for termination - like revoking their computer access before they are informed by HR and escorted out of the premises.
