The only surprise here is that the two Chinese bloggers got their first posts up.
Meh, everyone who blogs in China is at risk of being smacked down by the Chinese government at any moment whether they're blogging about the outbreak or any thing else.
I doubt the bloggers have disappeared, they're just in some sort of classes right along with the bloggers who got smacked down for posting about a whorehouse in Beijing where they caught the clap or some Winnie the Pooh meme the Party doesn't approve of.
Wait a few weeks and see if they post apologies and "corrections". If they don't, then you can start thinking about which vital organs of theirs went where and whether the rest of their remains went to hogs or fertilizer.
And this kiddies, is what Socialism does.
Xi has inserted a couple of his henchmen into Wuhan to further consolidate his iron control over the country. These guys are not there to placate the western media or internal bloggers. They are there to coerce the population and stamp out any dissent. In addition to the Shanghai Mayor Ying Yong, the real heavy is Chen Yixin. The recent videos of citizens being pulled out of their homes is consistent with his modus operandi:

The move to parachute him into the epicentre of the outbreak – he is widely seen as Xi’s envoy to take charge of the crisis – is expected to strengthen frontline discipline and social stability in Hubei.”
‘social stability” means something entirely different in the west than in a communist country.
If Chen Yixin is in Wuhan, he just might catch it; virii don’t take orders...
I can recommend a few whistle blowers, leakers and democrat failed lawyer/politicians over here that can go to Wuhan to teach them how a failed plan to overthrow the government works.
They’re really good at failing, but I don’t think enough of them speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
I bet you can’t even say the name Ciamarella on the Chinese internet.
They can use some of Feinstein’s drivers.
