The main problem is the ban on access to DMV data. If Cuomo persists I think it will come to that. If the feds can’t verify your license is genuine and you aren’t wanted how do they let you board or cross the border?

If your state issues driver’s licenses or state ID to illegal immigrants, then your state’s driver’s licenses and state IDs will no longer be honored as valid identification - for anything.
