I sure hope the California nominees contained herein are not selectees from lists provided by Feinstein & Kamala Harris. If so, many or most are certainly far from as good (i.e., non activists) as they could be. Lindsey Graham continuing to allow DemocRATS to have veto power for District Court nominees is beyond reprehensible.

Sadly, yes. Lindsey Graham continues to allow the DemocRATS to use the blue slip process as, effectively, an extraconstitutional VETO of the Presidents desired nominees.

So far, Mitch has respected the “Blue Slip” policy for District Judge appointments. If these California Judges are acceptable to Feinstein and Harris...

I'm not sure WHAT'S going on - as you can see from my post #10, 5 of them are Federalist Society.
Like a cross and garlic to the seditionist congressional vampires of the Left.

Good point. It may be that he’s respecting it because they’re using it more sparingly than they were for the Ninth Circuit. But we’ll have to see.

See my post #10.
Methinks Leader McConnell may be letting Granny Wine Box and her Senate Boxettes who REALLY is boss.

For some reason, i could make a good argument that if RGB retires, Roberts does also.

I believe that most of these are renominations from last year, whose nominations expired this January.
