I did a search. The only thing I read about shooting of a gun before the guard shot was by a guy named Norman. He fired four shots from a pistol about 70 seconds before the guard fired. The tape also indicates there WAS a command to fire.
Norman was a photographer hired by the police to take photos of the various protestors. He later became an undercover agent. He said he was afraid as the protestors came back up the hill towards the guard and he fired warning shots. The protestors were still 100 yards from the guard (the guard were retreating, the protestors trailing them) when the guard turned and fired.
If Jane were a real radical, she would have been right there alongside them at Kent State.

B) No, a gun being fired and heard on a tape DOES NOT mean you fire and kill 4 kids dispersed apart. You are WAY off base on that claim that they deserved it.

Now you are admitting that there were at least four which you found with a quick search.
Which is it? The national guard fired with no provocation, or someone the guard didn’t know about has been shown to have fired first?
