Liza Sejkora: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know (Karma caught up with a rapist)
The Heavy ^ | February 8, 2020 | Erin Laviola

Posted on 02/08/2020 8:23:06 PM PST by yesthatjallen

Liza Sejkora is the now-former principal from Camas, Washington, who made national headlines after suggesting on Facebook that she felt Kobe Bryant had deserved to die. She resigned from her position at Camas High School after receiving multiple threats.

Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, and seven others were killed in a helicopter crash on January 26, 2020. Hours after the news broke, Sejkora wrote on her Facebook page, “Not gonna lie. Seems to me that karma caught up with a rapist today.”

Sejkora was referring to the 2003 case in which Bryant was accused of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman in a hotel room. Bryant insisted that the sexual activity was consensual. The case was dropped after the woman refused to testify. Bryant was never convicted of a crime and settled with the woman out of court.

Sejkora has since deleted the post and apologized. The school district placed her on administrative leave on February 5, before announcing that she had submitted her letter of resignation two days later.

Bryant’s accuser refused to testify after evidence proved she had sex with another man after the alleged rape. ( Bryant said the sex was consensual)

Ridiculous! So karma caught up with his daughter and the other people onboard?

A helicopter went down, one person onboard apparently made an effort to redeem himself for wrongs in his past.

To me bringing this up now is senseless.

Soinds like that brit girl who was gangbanging and when one guy turned her down she made the false rape charges against 12 guys.

they found that she had sex with a bunch of guys even before that party by analysis of fluids that were ‘in her’.

Don't you know? They're never "responsible" for anything... Ever... Just ask them.

Re: “Bryant’s accuser refused to testify after evidence proved she had sex with another man after the alleged rape.”

That statement is not accurate.

The accuser had a rape exam 24 hours after the alleged rape.

They found traces of semen from another man on the panties she wore to the exam. She stated she was not wearing those panties the day of the rape, and that she had sex with the other man several days before the rape. She said she had run out of clean panties and had pulled the rape exam panties from her dirty laundry bag.

After the accuser refused to testify, the prosecution urged her to change her mind, which means the prosecution still thought they had a winnable case - specifically, because Kobe had choked her and visibly bruised her neck, and because of trauma to her vagina.

Why is it that we always hear about someone resigning, being fired, whatever, after threats but never anything about taking action against people making threats?

Griswold3 is right.

The news reports are full of misinformation, which should be a surprise to no one. I’ve been reading the court transcripts, especially on the DNA evidence. What an eye-opener. The more I read, the more I’m convinced he was set up. Of course, he shouldn’t have been cheating on his wife, but he appeared to learn his lesson later.

What this teacher wrote was ignorant. That doesn’t warrant making threats against her, though.

What IS funny is that a poster over on Fox News made a valid comment about Snoop Dogg's viral video telling Gayle King to "Back off b___tch, or we coming after you".

He wrote something to the effect of -- I don't see how that is a threat, it's just Democrat pillow talk.--

ROFL to the max!

This case is a perfect example of not using media reports to decide anything. Even experts will disagree. They usually have more and better information than the reporters.

Not whatever.

It’s harder than hell to fire a public school teacher. She knows that, so why would she resign, hmmm?

There’s a story there. Some journo should look into that.

(hint, hint...)

Better to appear a fool than to open your mouth and confirm it.

Why do otherwise intelligent people do things like this? Saying something untoward in private and in confidence to a close friend is one thing. Blurting it out for the world to see and hear is another.

With social media all of the place and everyone having cell phones with camera and video capability, whatever you do or say nowadays is going to get out into the public domain.

This woman was a school principal. She should have known better.

Re: “Griswold3 is right.”

I disagree.

Griswold3 said: “The evidence proved she had sex with another man after the alleged rape.”

It proved no such thing. There was no way to “date” the dried semen from the other man.

Kobe admitted he choked her and then ejaculated into her face, not into her vagina. They also found the woman's blood on the chair that was used during sex, which is consistent with vaginal trauma.

Bottom Line - Kobe's lawyers explained to her lawyers that if Kobe went to prison there would be a very small settlement, since he was still playing under his rookie contract.

Not testifying was the correct financial decision. It was not an evidence decision.

So - consensual sex or non-consensual?

I have no idea.
