President Trump's recent jab at Bernie Sanders, calling him "a communist," was meant as an insult. But the 2020 Democratic front-runner and Vermont senator might not have taken it that way.
In 1972, Sanders, then a gubernatorial protest candidate for the socialist Liberty Union Party, visited an alternative high school in Rutland, Vermont, to give his campaign pitch. During a question-and-answer session, Sanders, then 31, brushed off accusations of being a left-wing radical.
"I don't mind people coming up and calling me a communist," Sanders said. "At least, they're still alive."
On the night of the Super Bowl, Trump said "communist" was the first word that came to his mind when he thought of Sanders in an interview by Fox News's Sean Hannity.
“I think he’s a communist,” Trump said. “Look, I think of communism when I think of Bernie. You could say socialist, but didn’t he get married in Moscow? That’s wonderful. Moscow’s wonderful.”
Trump was then corrected by Hannity, who explained that Sanders only honeymooned in the Soviet Union in 1988.
Although Sanders has refrained from self-identifying as a communist, his ties with far-left Marxist groups go back decades.

Not really quite true that he is a communist. He even has that beat. He is just plain nuttier than squirrel turds.
Somebody at least put a lot of thought into that.
Try putting eight homeless families in his lakefront place and tell me then if he is a Communist.
He’s just another Democratic politician trying to buy votes with the promise of paying with other people’s money.
He’s more likely to keep his promises than the lying Liz though, which is why he’s beating her.
He reminds me of the saying that missionaries came to Hawaii to do “good” and they did very well.

Patriots are reminded that one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given the feds to dictate domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service.

In other words, consider that most federal domestic policy is based on stolen state powers and state revenues uniquely associated with those powers, state revenues stolen by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that the corrupt, post-17A ratification Congress cannot justify under its constitutional, Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

Justice Brandeis had put it this way about the "laboratories of democracy," the unique powers of the sovereign states to serve the people, depending on what the legal majority citizen voters of a given state want.
"It is one of the happy incidents of the federal system that a single courageous State may, if its citizens choose [emphasis added], serve as a laboratory; and try novel social and economic experiments without risk to the rest of the country.” —Justice Brandeis, Laboratories of democracy.
Note that constitutional limits on states as laboratories of democracy is that states cannot establish privileged / protected classes or abridge constitutionally enumerated rights, and must maintain a constitutionally guaranteed republican form of government.
So Sanders needs to get out of the federal government and try to get elected to a state government whose citizens are willing to pay to have Sanders use 10th Amendment protected state powers to run his socialist experiments to further prove that communism doesn't work.
That being said, the remedy for the unconstitutionally big federal government on our backs is the following.
The states need to support PDJT in working with a new Congress to not only surrender state powers that the feds have been stealing from the states back to the states, but to also put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes.
And to make stopping unconstitutional federal taxes permanent, patriots need to further support PDJT in leading the states to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
