Bolton is totally responsible for this pair of unusual hires. There is no explaining this strange duo of appointments as something that the bureaucracy simply slipped over on Bolton. That is not Bolton’s way.
and if Alex tenders the resignation of his commission, lose it for 3 or 4 years and assign the prick as Army liaison to Diego Garcia for the duration of that time.

Vindman was a rear guard left by the Obama Admin to monitor the status of investigations into Ukraine corruption
The corrupt players were already sweating bullets when reformer Zelensky was elected with a mandate to investigate and weed out corruption in Ukraine. When Vindman learned on the Trump call that Rudy had been investigating independently and that CrowdStrike, Clinton Servers and Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election was on the table, Vindman freaked out and immediately ( literally) ran to tell John Eisenberg that they were in big trouble
Nancy Pelosi found out and went into a panic and ordered the Impeachment
Its that bad, its bi partisan and the Ukraine is just the tip of the iceberg because the Ukraine is George Soros seat of power and base of operations.
The Ukraine was the clearing house for Obama era corruption with Soros
