If he ever writes a book, I’m going to all the bookstores here and moving it to the fiction section...

I thought they look like a thyroid problem eye swelling problem

Schiff went to the Doctor about his eye problem. Doctor told him, "You're supposed to SUCK, NOT BLOW !"

I remember being called a “Howlie” (spelled phonetically), several times. I got ‘island fever” and wanted the 2 weeks to end ASAP.

I’ve been there several times and I couldn’t help thinking I would NEVER want to live there and didn’t think it was all that great to visit. I cheerfully remember one incident where my daughter was collecting sand (about 4 oz) in a bottle as a souvenir when some old woman started telling her that sand was a resource that shouldn’t be taken form the beach. My daughter didn’t say anything to her, but I told her something to the effect that “She’s ignoring you because she thinks you’re an ignorant busybody asshole and she doesn’t care what you think, and I don’t care what you think and I don’t like you either.” High point of the trip

Schiff seems to be begging to be taken seriously, but he does not act or talk with seriousness.

I’m pretty sure that a Trump sale of any US territory - especially a State - would require confirmation in the Senate.

“Overcoming the opposition of the Federalist Party, Jefferson and Secretary of State James Madison convinced Congress to ratify and fund the Louisiana Purchase.”
