If you're looking forward to watching President Trump's upcoming State of the Union address but don't know when it is, do not ask any Amazon Alexa devices.
On Friday evening I experimented with an Amazon Echo (a second generation Echo Dot) in my house by asking it what I thought was a rather simple question.
"Alexa, when is the next State of the Union?" I asked.
"The next State of the Union will occur on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 9 p.m."
Sorry, Alexa, but that is the wrong answer. The next State of the Union is actually on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. You can watch video of Alexa giving me the incorrect response here:

I have a 3rd gen and I can confirm this to be true. Perhaps someone has inside knowledge of the date being changed until after the vote in the Senate?

Hopefully Alexa will do the same for to November election. The stupid Rats will schedule around November 4th and miss voting. The less stupid people voting the better. I think that only property owners should be able to vote on any tax increases.

The house builder gave me free Alexa robots and they are both mothballed. Amazon is not my favorite outfit.

I hope the President sends a letter to Pelosi sayting thanks for the invitation but I will be giving the state of the union from the oval office.
It may be that this word is causing it to look up something else. if you ask exactly the same question without the word 'next' ... you will get the right answer.
So I think this is computer error ... the algorithm looking up the fact is misinterpreting the input, or perhaps they have multiple answers to various questions and they typed this answer wrong.
Bad database design to have more than one answer to this! This is part of the reason you don't do that.
What is that thing? A robot you buy and it answers questions just by speaking to it?

I tried it and you are correct but Alexa says it is being broadcast on ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN. No mention of FOX!
Almost like Democrat Election Day being November 5th..?
