Demings asking for a one week delay to gather documents and call witnesses.
Murkowski is a NO so what gives
It takes the Nazis and their “media” toads FIVE DAYS to come up with their next “bombsh*t”? What the.....? The Nazi and Commie Democrats are out of control. Americans need to shut down the government for five or six months to give the Nazis and Commies a little time to cool off. Those freaks have all gone into full meltdown mode.
That’s why I am still a bit nervous about this mess.
*************
You should all be nervous becuase it IS a mess. Thanks to the Republican controlled senate which should have dismissed this nonsense on day one. By allowing this charade to continue they have effectively legitimized this mess and permitted it to morph into an ongoing nightmare that only benfits the Democrats.
Once again, the Repukes are snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. They could have had a quick, clean win and shut this down down, but instead they prolonged and dignified this disgusting display of vile partisanship.
It stunns me that even the defense fails to point out that it’s NEVER the defense’s job to supply wittnesses for the prosecution.
Sheesh! Im watching live...uggg..docaments...not documents. Ugg...
Just saw on FNC that each Senator will have “up to 10 minutes” to explain why they are voting the way they are.
That’s 500 minutes, right there.
Then, also saw an article just now (think it was liked from Sludge) that the WH Counsel has asked (?!!!) for “additional time to prepare our closing arguments”. That, and Mitch apparently needs additional time to schedule votes, blah, blah, blah..
Seems to me that this is all just to push things beyond SOTU so that Trump can’t say he’s been acquitted and to give the Dems talking points during SOTU. Maybe even with the implicit blessing of the Rs.
Thinking this might all just be Charlie Brown and the football once again..we need to just close out the damned thing already!!
Expect the NaziRats to drop their next “bombshell” during the Super Bowl.
These are the live updates per Breitbart. This looks to be a hoax.
If there was any truth to a delay like that, CNN would be shouting it out. But nothing from them on the news channel. Or on any other. So I’m really skeptical.
When the He$%%$ are we going to end this freakin’ charade already?
Why are we putting stock in a tweet?
I particularly love evadents.

____
I heard that too.
Unfortunately, many of the conservative media outlets that get a lot of play here in FR are as awful as CNN when it comes to peddling fake news.
I DONT BELIEVE THIS.
Now its an opportunity for all of them to grandstand!
He should just do the SOTU speech from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial then, and screw the congress idiots that can't even understand their own oath of office.
Don’t believe it. I just checked CNN that reported on Murkowski’s “no” vote. Its immediate rundown of events states:
____________________________________________
Where things stand now
SOON: When the Senate reconvenes for the impeachment trial, there will be four hours of debate on the question of whether to compel witnesses and documents.
Between 5 and 6 p.m. ET: The vote on that key question is expected. If the GOP blocks the motion which seems likely they could move to cast final votes on the two articles of impeachment.
About the final vote: President Trump will be acquitted in the early morning hours of Saturday, according to GOP senators and aides.

They’d love to see an extension and would be the first to report it.
Everyone just needs to settle down. It’s not like you can change it anyway. Relax.
Meanwhile the wobbly Dems must have all stiffened up.
